This is a fantastic place. I ended up staying here for two nights on a last-minute spontaneous trip to the 1000 Islands area. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and air conditioned, and the food was amazing. The chicken riggies are a must-try but the best thing I had was french toast stuffed with peanut butter and covered in bananas. Had so much fun hanging out around the patio campfire at night making friends with the locals. I hope to make this an annual trip.
WOW. Found out they are under new ownership and the difference in the food is amazing. The stuffed cherry peppers with fresh pesto and house made bread were the perfect blend of hot and savory. The caesar salad was just the right blend of crispy bacon and homemade dressing to top the fresh romaine. The clam hoagie finished with thousand island was juicy and dinner just right. The outdoor seating was spacious and comfortable with fast service. Even though the kitchen closed at 9 and we arrived at 855 they were happy to serve.
Food is great,, service is great, beer is cold. We were treated like an old friend.
We stopped into this place last night not knowing what was going on and how good the atmosphere and food was going to be. We were amazed with the awesome band that was playing and the food and service were outstanding. This place rocks!
I rarely give 5 star ratings, but this place definitely deserves it! My husband & I stayed here 8/14/2020 & 8/15/2020, everything was wonderful. The room was basic with bed, dresser, nightstand, TV & A/C unit. Bathroom had a stand up shower, toliet & sink. Very clean & nice! They have a restaurant/bar connected to the inn. Food was excellent, nice portion sizes, decent prices and staff were very nice. We'll definitely stay again!!
This place rocks! Talk about a cool place in a cool town. Prime rib is fantastic breakfast buffet rocks. The menu is fantastic the food is really good. Definitely check this place out next time you're in Cape Vincent!
Great service with an awesome environment. I love the descriptions in the menu. Ordered wings, fish tacos and the poutine. The wings are tasty and are big but the rest of the food was very salty. As for covid-19, social distancing is in place with limited seating. The only thing i noticed that i did not care for was the laminated menus were not being cleaned.
This food was unbelievable. From the best wings I've ever had, to the beautiful plating. I am honestly beyond impressed. I can not stress how amazing the wings are. I tried three different sauces and they were all equally as delicious. The dessert also is fantastic! I will absolutely be coming here again in the near future! Wing night Monday's may become part of my weekly routine. The dining area is very cute as well. Cant wait to sit on their outdoor patio to enjoy this food again. I'd give more stars if I could.
